The piece\u00a0unfolds in three movements inspired by one of \u00a0Oliver&#8217;s favorite\u00a0walks alongside Walden Pond, through Adams Woods, and down to Fairhaven Bay. This sojourn traverses the historic setting of Thoreau\u2019s Life in the Woods, a landscape of idyllic swimming holes, pine forests, stone walls, and a shimmering river.
