Juventas New Music Ensemble will perform Oliver’s trio Connect All. We All Connect. (soprano, horn, piano) at the first ever Boston New Music Festival, a citywide showcase of Boston’s contemporary music scene.

Connect All. We All Connect. is one of the tracks on Oliver’s forthcoming album You Are Not Alone.  It probes the strength and fragility of human connection, with poignant words by master palindromist Barry Duncan.  The music was commissioned by horn player Anne Howarth (Radius Ensemble, Lexington Symphony) and this will be its 8th performance since the premiere on February 28, 2016.

The Juventas concert program will feature works by composers with Boston connections, including Scott Wheeler, Felipe Lara, Mario Diaz de Leon, Jeremy Rapaport-Stein, Jonathan Newmark and Dan Shore.
